I've had my eye on a 72 Thinline and I'm having a question about the neck profile. The specs here from fender say that it has a "C" shape, but most other places around the net say "U" shape. I've played a few and they seem "C" to me. What do any of you out there who may own one say?

I bought a '72 Thinline Reissue last week and it seems like a C to me, particularly when I compare it to the soft "V" on my Baja. The Thinline's neck reminds me of the neck on my '65 Strat, which is my all time favorite. It fits my hand perfectly.
