Does anyone know what kind of Telecaster Billy Squire is holding on the cover of the album Don't say No? A very cool guitar and I hope to learn the model and year, etc. Thanks!!!!

It would be better than a Standard. See the binding on the body? 8)

It's an American Tele for sure. I'll try to remeber to check my books at home.

in the later half of the 60's (if memory serves) some Tele's were available with bound bodies.

Otherwise it doesn't look like anything special. Just an old Tobacco burst Tele with a bound body.

Yes, I guess it is just a tele with a bound body...i am just learning about teles and so this helps a ton. I love the look of this guitar and now I know what to look for! Thanks a lot, you Tele-holics!
