Ok,here's the story.
Someone gave me a lefty fender telecaster.
Its got the 50 yr anniversary sticker on the back of the head stock.
I had to get all the electronic replaced because some one didnt take care of it.
Its a blonde body, black pickguard ,made in japan with the numbers at the botton of the neck where it joins the body.
Bolt on neck.
Numbers - U025124
The bridge pickup is ruined,so i have to replace it.

Can some one please give me a lil history on it??

Thanks
lou

No mystery Dude
All instruments made during the anniversary year have the sticker on 'em (meaning it isn't a "special edition" so don't sweat it).

The serial number indicates that it was made in Japan in 1995 or 1996.
Lefty models are nothing "special" and aren't serial numbered differently. Fix it up and play it.
