I never see Telecasters with the chrome neck pickup cover removed. It is common to see this happen on Les Pauls, but never on Teles. Hell, I did it on my own Les Paul Custom. Why not on Telecasters??

The cover on my neck pickup is pretty solidly attatched, plus I kinda like the shiny cover. I think it adds a nice touch.

If you're going to go naked, swap it out with a pup that isn't a lipstick.

Great Pickguard! I bought some similiar looking stickers to use on a couple of my axes, but my wife vetoed the idea. Damn feminist! The chains of marriage rears it's ugly head once more!

I feel your pain brother. I've been married for 18 years now. My wife just asked me why I wanted to "ruin" my Telecaster (RUIN! can you believe it)

I just laughed.

I just want to know how to safely age the cover !!!!!

My new shiny neck pup looks out of place on my 23 year old reliced Tele.
