Sure wish you guys could see all the little dents and divits on and around the neck and body, it really looks like it could be a 1952 guitar.

I am still having a time getting used to the neck profile.

This has been one fun project and I did all of the restoration myself.

The really funny this is that the active emg's sold for more than it cost me to replace all the electronics to USA american standard stuff.

So I really came out way ahead on this project, this may well be one of the few guitars that will be passed to my kids some day, I am a trader and swapper by nature but this one is special and the place it holds in Fender history, right after the employee buy out from CBS makes it kinda cool.

Thanks Snowy, it has been a lot of fun putter her back together.

The tone is great !!!! and its looks so cool too.

I keep second guessing my use of electronics, wondering if i would have liked the vintage stuff better, these pups are pretty hot.

I'm guessing I'll be happier when I get my old 93 Blues Deville back up and running, I'll have a more classic fender tube amp tone to work with, the Cyber Twin is great for rock'n but the Deville has it all over it in clean tone.
