I was wondering if any of the tele experts here could help me indentify this tele. There is no markings on the headstock and I've yet to see it in person yet. All I have is these 2 pics. Anything I should look for to determine if it's a genuine Fender and if so if it's a Squire, mexi or usa??
Thanks for the help.

:? with out more information I can't really tell. There was one thing that kindo f struck me odd and that was the small strip of metal or plastic that is screwed into the body just above the bridge plate. I've never seen anything like that before.

Also without a SN it's hard to tell. There are a lot of copies out there.

I would want more info before I made that purchace.

Some things to look for:
The tuners
The back of the head stock (a lot of copies and MJP have a more rounded back)
The neck plate.
The bridge plate.
A picture of under the pick guard and under the neck socket.

Good luck. Let me know how you made out.
