I am interested in buying one of the Tele's. The main difference I see in the two is the wood they are made of. The 50's is Ash with Maple neck and the 60's is Alder with Rosewwod neck. I play mostly blues. Which one would you recommend for that? Any pros and/or cons for either?

Well, I like alder better. The sound resonates better through an ash body I believe, but it is alot heavier.

Those are the specs for the Strat. Would love to see the same thing for the Telecaster.
