I think this will be a pretty simple swap, but any advice is appreciated. I haven’t taken the Baja apart yet but the diagram I found just has 2 leads off the bridge pickup and the gen 4 noiseless has 3 leads. The neck has three leads, but I’m unsure if they correlate exactly to the noiseless neck pickup. So my question is how do I wire the gen 4 noiseless so I still retain all the switching abilities of the Baja? Thanks for any insight!

I am asking the question rather than putting an answer but, isn't the extra position on Baja switching relative to putting the PUP's in phase or out of phase? If this is the case I can't see how it would work with noisless PUPs as each PUP is both all of the time.

I have Vintage Noiseless in my Partscaster and they work fine with the Baja circuit, but I did have to modify my neck pickup to add a 3rd ground wire for the cover and isolate it from the coil(s).
I'm not familiar with the N4, but if the 3rd wire is the cover for the neck and a ground plate for the bridge (check to confirm lack of continuity between the 3rd wire and both coil leads) then it should work without a problem.

Thanks guys. As for the phase switch I don’t really care about that too much but I definitely like the parallel and in series options. So if those still work I’ll be happy. My music room is just so electronically noisy I think I’ll much prefer these pickups for this guitar.

What about copying the wiring from the American Elite Thinline Telecaster; https://www.fmicassets.com/Damroot/Orig ... -26-15.pdf

That's perfect, AND is for the N4 pups.
