About a year ago I installed a Bigsby B5 Telecaster kit on my MIM and it sounds and looks awesome, and everything works great. However, I am having trouble getting the set screws on the saddles (there are six individual ones) for the bridge height to stay put. They buzz or rattle their way out of position. Overall, I'm not really satisfied with the bridge, and I would prefer a brass three-saddle with a modified vintage ashtray, but I already drilled the large post holes so I'm going to stick with it. Does anyone have tips for keeping the saddles in their adjusted position?

Thanks.

The threads are a bit loose (tolerances issues), so the vibration from the strings makes them loosen. Use something to dampen the vibration effect, there are plenty of possibilities: Loctite (the non-permanent one - I'd guess this is the "official" solution). Plumber's tape (could be the most commonly used one). Hot glue gun. Nail lacquer (go with clear, or be bold and experiment with some fancy colors). Vaseline. Etc.
