Would it be possible to swap out the pickups and bridge in a Baja and replace them with a Barden Bridge and Generation4 noiseless pickups and not mess with the integrity of the 4 way switch???

Not sure exactly what you mean "the integrity" of the switch. You can use the same switch.
If you exchange pickups, you will have to de-solder the leads from the input side of the switch and then solder the new pickups in their place as well as the ground leads from the body of the volume potentiometer.
I'm not familiar w/ the gen 4 pickups, but assuming they are two lead designs they should be an easy swap. If they are four lead or some funky plug-in then you may have to alter to a different wiring diagram.

These might help:
Gen4 wiring:

Basic Classic Player Baja 60's wiring:

I haven't used the Joe Barden bridge, but in general, Tele bridge replacements are relatively easy.
