You're forgetting they recycled some letters; "Made in Japan U + 6 digits … 2010-2011" is also on the page you linked to.
The reuse has caused some misunderstandings - just like some letters (R especially) missing from the first MIJ section.

Either way, a Japanese Telecaster should have some markings on the neck pocket. Ask the seller for pics of the pocket, and neck heel, too. And it might be worth the trouble to contact Fender Consumer Relations (email via the support pages, or the chat there). The serial doesn't show up on Fender's Product registration database search, but that's not uncommon.

At the moment, I'm doubtful - it resembles a TL-67 model, but the SS routing and the plastic truss rod hole absolutely don't match. (From that truss rod bit I get a Mexico feel…)

I'm no expert but am a bit confused:-

I associate wood mounted neck PUPs with reissues and the like but this has no other reissue type characteristics (reissue type not necessarily being a Reissue in the purest terms)

Black strap button's?

Dome headed knobs?

Black nut?

The truss rod hole trim seems very thin.

The neck pocket is also neither rounded with a heal like an early Tele nor feather edged like a modern Tele.

These may all be irrelevant as Teles seem to have as many subtle variations as do Strats but I would be interested in the views of the experts.

Ya, there's a couple of head-scratchers (looks like the buttons are chrome though).
OTOH, the 12th fret dots look right for a Fender neck.

I talked to vendor and unluckly he doesn't know any information about it, there was a previosuly owner before him, so he didn't take any pictures of neck pocket. I guess some parts bleong to a tele and some not.

He didn't said that, I just trying to figure it out if this guitar was made by parts, actually he claims not. but I guess he is blinded by "made in japan".
I'm thinking now that he maybe was fooled by the first owner.

Until now nobodoy gave a 100% true tele veredict

Without no pictures of neck pocket, no pictures of electronic and no guitar in our hand, nobody on forum can do a miracle.

It looks like a Squier Silver Series Telecaster that's been mucked about with.

More to the point, look at the decals that were left alone, and then look at where they've been removed or changed for something else.
The decals are all above the lacquer and easy to remove.

Pop the neck off and take a pic of the pocket. That should give us a little more info.
