I'm putting together a partscaster based around a RW 50's Tele body.
Does anyone know the string spacing for what type vintage bridge I need?

Thanks!

The Road Worn 50s has a 'distressed' Fender Pat Pend bridge plate with chrome saddles.
String spacing is nominally 2 1/8" or 54mm

String spacing is not between each string ? Which are close to 3/8 inch or 1 cm.

It can be E to e spacing or individual spacing. Perhaps I should have said E to e is 2 1/8".
Gotoh always use individual spacing which is metric 10.8mm

As far as I know, all MIM Classic bodies have the "vintage Fender" mounting screw pattern, which means you can use any vintage style bridge "made by a reputable manufacturer" (that means; excluding the cheapest copies of copies from dubious webshops…).
And I think the 'unofficial official' way to measure string spacing on a Tele is to measure the distance of the string through holes - low-E center to high-e center for the total, that divided by five for the individual. This rules out possible slanted saddles. :)

The original 50's Road Worn bridge (part number 0076775400, reliced) is not available as a spare part, but sometimes those turn up on ebay, reverb & such. Another version (Classic 60's) is 0058384000, with threaded saddles. I think both came/come with a bridge pickup.

StewMac does sell a Gotoh compensated 3-saddle "relic" bridge for $65... but it is stamped "GOTOH" next to the pickup.
