Can't say I care for it. Be interesting to see what Magico speakers has to say legally, so to speak. Yeah, it doesn't have the accent on the "a". Where's the picture of the "green" version?

Mostly a bad version of a "Miami Vice" guitar, or an awful tuxedo from the 80's. Humbuckers? Just another Fender imitation of a Les Paul, without extra volume and tone controls.
