I have searched high and low for a six-saddle bridge that will work for the 4 mounting hole, 2-1/16" string spacing, single coil plate for my American Pro Series Telecaster. I am debating just squaring off a piece of wood, bolting the bridge to it vertically and drill-pressing six appropriate holes for saddles, but of course, would rather just buy one. I am having intonation issues with the compensated saddles, and I'm done mucking about with them.

Anyone have any luck finding a 6-saddle bridge that works for these series of tele's? Its important to note that the mounting holes are BEHIND the string through holes on this bridge...

You can buy compensated saddles for the Tele that offset the higher string forward.
Alternatively, intonation is generally close enough by balancing both strings, one slightly sharp and one slightly flat. It's enough to hear and see on the tuner, but really not enough to hear when playing.

I understand that the compensated saddles are individual and you need to get them in the right order. Could it be you have muddled them up?

That aside it could also be that you could re shape them with a file to custom compensate them for your specific needs. It would be just a case of moving the string contact points relative to each other for each pair.

Personally I think the whole compromise intonation of a Tele is part of its character and appeal.
