Hello there, Today I received a Fender acoustic from a friend, and after giving it a good clean since it hasn't been cleaned in about 10 years I decided to date it. I've been having some trouble with this as the serial doesn't match any on the Fender website. Unless I'm doing it wrong.

Above are some pictures of the guitar, any help would be great.
Thanks.

A little nagging first.
This is the Telecaster section, acoustic guitar section is here: https://forums.fender.com/viewforum.php?f=17
And your pics don't show - this forum's IMG-command works best if you give it the pic address; the one starting with 'http' or 'https' and ending in '.jpg'.

But to the guitar. The model is on the paper tag; GDO-300 as in 'Global Design' series, 'Orchestra' style, and the Fender part number would be 095-8906-027 for that Trans Blue color.
It's a Chinese guitar, and with those the first two digits of the serial number tell the year. So, the '08' would date the guitar roughly (a few months overlap either way is possible) to 2008.

The non-US serial numbers aren't covered very well in the product registration pade search engine. I haven't seen a 'CCRC' beginning, but Chinese FMIC instruments have other four-letter combos. And the guitar looks as it should, so I wouldn't worry.
You could check the serial with Fender Consumer Relations (via the support pages) if you wish to cover all options.

The Fender GDO 300 deserves your attention, if you've been looking for a sweet-sounding acoustic guitar with unusual visual appeal, A beautiful quilted top sits on a skillfully crafted mahogany body. The easy-playing nato neck features a rosewood fingerboard and 20 frets.

Why do you think that?
The serial is CCRC08 (+ six digits more), that's why I wrote 2008 (with some usual leeway; like October 2007 to March 2009).
