I have a telecaster American standard .
I have vibrations from the bridge area when I either play on the G or B string. Even sometimes other
Strings. What can cause this ?

Thankful for help!

Sometimes the intonation springs rattle, try touching them while you play the strings, and see if it stops.

The basic question: has the guitar been set up by a person who has sufficient skills?

Could be old strings, action/neck angle, pickup height, saddles, saddle springs - or a lot of other things.

Years and years ago, I hunted for a weird buzz for quite a long time, turned out to be a tiny piece of string in the bridge hole...

Yes, it was a musicstore that serviced it. I mentioned it and they just said that its fine, its an electric guitar that is played through amplifiers so you wont hear it or it wont affect your playing. I was like.. cmon i dont want it making this noise anyhow.

How do i check if theres a string bit in the bridge hole?

The string bit is a once-in-a-lifetime chance, meant as a joke & example of the rarest circumstances. Came off when I loosened the string for the umpth time...

Some think like that music store; "it's not a buzz if it doesn't come out of the amp". I don't agree...

Diagnosing this kind of things via the net is always difficult.
Did you rule out the intonation springs? Are the saddles level (= no loose action screws)? Any special part of the neck that brings the vibes out (low/mid/high part of the neck)? Or some frets especially? Are the saddles low or high on their screws? Have you checked it's not the string tree, or strings behind the nut in general?

I had a weird buzz from the bridge end whenever I played a G note. Turned out to be a wire in the control plate touching a pot.

You likely need to move the saddles around. In my experience, I've found this issue on stratocasters and telecasters when the saddles are in a specific position. Either way, it's most certainly a setup issue. If you check out the owner's manual, Fender gives the recommended neck relief, string height, pickup height, etc. Setting those back to factory is your best bet as the issues are always easier to diagnose when the guitar is setup to factory specs.
