OK, here's my CIJ 69RI Rosewood Tele (recently purchased on eBay) These guitars are known as the "George Harrison" replica, as they are copies of the guitar George used famously in the rooftop video of "Get Back". 8)

This guitar is slightly older and has a full rosewood body and neck, with the exception of a thin slice of some other wood sandwiched between the front and rear halves of the body. This sucker is really heavy - well into Les Paul territory

The current CIJ Rosewood tele is not made like this, it has Rosewood veneer over a basswood body, I understand. :(

Very rare Flamed Swamp Ash top, look thru Sunset Orange Nitro Lackr, "Faux" bound top, Semi Hollow, 52 RI nickle hardware. W.T. Van Zant PU's, NOS late 60's - 70's steel bridge saddles, real 50's Daka Ware switch tip. Rosewood board on a maple neck shaped copying a 9/53 I owned at the time. Vince Gill owns it's sister in look thru cherry with matching headstock. One of the last Stephen's Extended Cutaway Model T's to leave the Seattle Shop.
Resting in a 54 RI Strat case

Anyone recognize the guitar player to the left in this pic?

Thanks mate!

One of the reasons I found myself collecting Teles is that there is such a hugh variety of types.

Here's one you may not have seen, a Limited Editon Tommy Emmanual Signature Tele. Only 100 made and mostly for the Australian Market. It's a MIM special.

I took this picture James Valentine's vintage Telecaster this past June at The Bowery Ballroom. How fabulous is this!

I don't think I've put this Tele up yet - the 2000 Custom Shop R&B Tele. It's a beautiful colour and a great guitar....
