The initials are of the Fender employee who either inspected, adjusted or assembled the neck and body of the guitar.

My first Tele purchase, for a current Strat player. Seems I've been missing out.

I'm not claiming to be a Fender guitar expert, but everything that I've ever read about names and initials inside Fender guitars, leads me to believe that the they are probably from Fender employees during the assembly process. I can't think of any other reason or purpose for the "WW" on the end of the neck.

Just got my first Telecaster. Never thought I wanted one but saw this for a great price and started playing it and really liked the way it sounded and felt. Compliments my other guitar, a billy corgan stratocaster, fairly well. For the past 2 weeks its the only guitar I've picked up.

Thanks guys. I took the picture with little natural light in the room so it resulted in poor photo quality. I'll try to get some better pics soon.

Thanks MDC. I really like that set-up. I play mostly at home and it is enough to suit my needs. Sounds fantastic too.

This is Duke. A '10 Am Std with a Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates in the Gotoh bridge, a Texas Special in the neck, a pearloid Warmoth pg, a 5-way switch with a top-hat tip and a Russian paper-in-oil cap. Really love this guitar. In the background is Red, an '09 Am Std with Dimarzio Area T pickups and a Dimarzio control plate, with a Warmoth white pearl pg.
