What a great thread for a guy like me. There have been a a lot of very lovely guitars made throughout the years, but there is just something about the Teles that I can't get enough of. Put me in a guitar store and there is only one type of guitar I really care to check out.

You people have got some real nice guitars. Now I feel I need to go add a third one to the family. Or maybe a third and a fourth!

Holy smokes Alain. I thought that the Am Standard I just ponied up for was a nice looking instrument. But that is like a humility lesson. God that is so cool. If it sounds half as good as it looks it must sing like a bird. Peace. J.J.B.

Mine is an '06 MIM Tele in Chrome Red that my son bought for me. The previous owner had put in an SD Hot Rails humbucker in the bridge position.

That's a 'lil puncher in the bridge, isn't it? Would you mind giving me your opinion about that pick up in a tele? Does it really sound like a Humbucker? What about the cleans, are they any good? Hope you can help me!!!Thanks

This is one of my top two favorite looks in a Tele. My wife doesn't realize it yet, but I will add one of these to my small collection one day.
