I have bought a telecaster in lake placid blue, it has a custom shop neck, it seems genuine but how can I tell?

Just to round this up: asked and answered (with pics) on tdpri. Edit: Is my guitar genuine @ tdpri.com
Fake CS decal added to a most-likely-MIM neck.

As a general remark, pics are always needed when asking this kind of questions. A list of details to spot a fake is a) really long, and b) helpful mostly to fakers. Plus, sometimes it's a question of right details in the wrong combination...

Seeing on pictures;
Easy to see that the neck truss rod access plug is not from a custom shop or American made neck

Looks like a MIM Standard Telecaster with a bridge change, and a funky CS sticker.
