Will Fender offer an American Telecaster Standard in the Vintage Blonde again. Very much like the more yellow-ish color but it looks like they don't offer that anymore? Can't afford a vintage one...Thanks y'all.....

Maybe.
They never tell ahead of time what they'll do, but colors come and go, and sometimes reappear. Vintage Blonde seems like a color that's popular enough that it will continue to resurface every now and then.

Vintage Blonde has always been a good seller, particularly with the Telecaster.
Like Art says, you can never tell what Fender will do and they don't consult us about it but I think it's likely we will probably see it again because of its past popularity.
In the meantime, you might want to search some of the major guitar reseller's websites.
You may find a brand new non-current example still available.

Don't rule out FactorySpecialRun types either, from the bigger box companies.

Vintage Blonde American Specials are still available brand new.
Classic Series 50's MIMs in White Blonde.
Also Squier Classic Vibes and Standards. Invest a fraction of the price difference in a professional setup and you're good to go. Even a pickup upgrade would keep this option below AmStd price.

Plus, there just might be one mint condition second hand AmStd Vintage Blonde Tele for sale in the internet yellow pages...

It sounds to me as though he is looking for a pre-2012, "age tinted" butterscotch blond, American Vintage '52 Tele.
For now, he would seemingly have to find a used pre-2012, '52 Tele or go the Custom Shop route.

My clearvoyance skills are not as developed as yours, so I was answering based on what was written; Vintage Blonde (07), not Butterscotch Blonde (50) - both yellower than White Blonde (01).

But, Butterscotch Blonde is available, too - American Professional and Elite series, Squier Classic Vibe 50's and Affinity, and of course that AVRI '52 which was already mentioned as being too expensive.

Not sure, as others have also indicated. You might be able to find a gently used
Honey Blonde Tele that comes very close and ages nicely.
