G'day to you, too.
Since I agree with what st52 wrote (very good original tuners), I'll just guess you want locking tuners?

Anyways, checked the 2007 Frontline, then the service diagrams. Both AmDlx Teles of that year ("normal" 010-1600/1602 and Ash 010-1702) have the Fender/Schaller staggered tuners; part numbers 005626000 (E/B/G/D strings) and 0021374000 (guess which two strings).
Fender's present equivalent, locking version with two studs is parts number 0036447000 and 0036448000, but now it's three each. Still made by Schaller, though. (source: darrenriley)

Schaller of course has their own Guitar Original Series, F-Standard and F-Locking. Helluva good, IMHO.

BTW; why do you assume there are no lassies here?

American Deluxe Telecasters ("normal" 010-1600/1602 and Ash 010-1702) from 2007 did not originally have locking tuners.

Locking tuners were factory stock from AmDlxTele models 011-9400/9402 ("normal") and 011-9502 (Ash), from 2011 onwards (& possibly late 2010)

American Deluxe ; I see locking tuner on 2006 Fender Frontline I have.

I also have a 1999 or 2000 American deluxe Stratocaster with locking tuner

This is getting weird.
If I'm wrong I of course humbly apologize.

Checked the 2006 Frontline, says "locking" on page 50; on the Deluxe series description. Not on AmDlx Tele product page 53.
The 2007 Frontline; no mention of "locking" on Tele pages (although AmDlx Strat HSS is described to have "locking machine heads".)

Let's see if the OP will solve the problem.

Anyways, if I'm wrong, I'm not alone:

I appreciate they're not always 100% accurate but the 2000, 2004 Am Dlx Tele service diagrams show standard Fender/Schaller 4+2 non-locking tuners.
The Ping locking versions are listed on the 2010 diagram.

What I remember is locking tuners on American Deluxe Strats from the beginning of the series in 1998, but regular tuners on American Deluxe Teles until the 3rd Generation came out at the beginning 2010.

Yeah that sounds right to me too John.
There were one or two fsr exceptions but other than that the lockers came later on the deluxe tele. :D

The OP is not being particularly helpful.
If I posted something here in the hope of getting a decent reply, I'd participate a lot more than the OP for this thread.
The OP last logged in yesterday, yet has still only made one post.

The OP looks like a time waster.

He may not want to replace his tuner, why don't no feedback ?

The OP also posted this on TDPRI and got his answers the first day he posted. He never came back to here.

Nobody over on TDPRI asked why he wanted to change the tuners.
If he's got tuning stability issues then replacing the tuners is not necessarily going to solve them.
Still, if the quick and easy answer was what he wanted, that's exactly what he's got. 8)
