And the ground is on the adjustment screw on the tube and on the body/paint, notice two wires going from the connector,.one goes where you mentioned on adjustment screw and one goes in control cavity.
I didn't not put those screws into body it was factory.

And you are saying that the neck pickup also has a connection to the body paint??

No, I say the neck pickup cavity is grounded too.

If that's the case, to the extent that you removed the screws, that will probably eliminate any grounding from your grounding paint.

If the ground wires now contact the copper by being screwed to the body, your pickup cavities should be shielded, but your control cavity would still be unshielded, unless it also has a ground to paint which has not been disturbed.

What model is your Telecaster and did you buy it new??

I had to take a pic for you guys, I noticed that first when I swapped the pickguard from white that comes with midnight wine to black. I guess my Carmelita really is special lol

Maybe it because I'm in Europe, the box said "Overseas Europe " and we have different electric circuits on 220V...
My Strat American Special is also completely shielded with shielding on the most of the pickguard... And I also bought it new...
