Look a dirty volume pot. You write it do not make the noise with cable only with wireless pack !!!

I'll clean the volume, it's so easy on a Tele and I have not better answer.

Which Wireless system are you using?
I strongly doubt it's the volume pot, as the problem only occurs when using the wireless. I currently use a Line6 G50, which is fine, problem-less. I had the predecessor to that, the X2 before. A great system that when it came to the end of it's life gave me similar problems when using active pickups. I put it down to the low impedance affecting the transmitter.
It may well be worth getting another transmitter to try out. I didn't have that option with the X2, there are so few of them around.

Have you tried it with any other guitar?
