Hi guys,

I picked up this beauty on the weekend, but struggling to identify the model. After a few fruitless hours online searching for like models, I couldn't see anything that matched it. The only ones I could see that came close was the Telecaster Plus which I suspect was USA made - and the Tele Nashville with the different to mine strat pickup in the middle.

Fella I bought him from indicated he bought it new from the States a few years back on a trip there.

This is my first Tele and comes after a hiatus of a few years of playing.

I ran the serial number and it was made Ensenada 2008-2009 IIRC but the model with three pickups eludes me.

As far as I know it hasn't been modified.

Any thoughts from you gurus out there?

Thanks very much in advance.

Looks like a MIM Deluxe Blackout Telecaster, if the specs seem to fit:
