So how much does this cost? Or is it a case of, if you have to ask you can't afford it?

MSRP appears to be $12,500, but street is less than half that.
Whether it's worth that much for a teambuilt with a run of 100, the buyers have to decide.

There is one misconception in the original GH Rosewood Tele, which for the sake of "historically correct" , has been reproduced in the GH Tribute Tele.
tip: it's mentioned in the presentation of the latter.
What is it ?

The pamphlet mentions:
"The sleek rosewood neck is fashioned from two pieces of rosewood capped with a rosewood fingerboard, just like Harrison’s original, instead of the traditional one-piece construction. The neck’s visible seam line adds to the character of the instrument, marking it as a unique creation."

But the major problem that the GH original one faced, and some very early units also, with the neck is that rosewood is an oily wood and it's rather impossible to glue forever two pieces together so after a certain time, they separate, thus the rosewood/maple/ rosewood sandwich of the body. But this was not the case with the neck
Peruse the video they show of the original one and you'll see that @ 0:29:

So they did the same stupid mistake although for the early original ones they switched instantly to the one piece neck and no more a capped one.
But the new guys at FMIC should have consulted records before doing such stupid backward move.
$ 12.500 for that short lifeTeambuilt ?
