What's the empty 5th hole on back neck plate for?

See the hole in the middle bottom of the plate? I noticed the same Allen key that fits the truss rod at the top of the neck also fits in that hole. Just curious what it adjusts?
It's a 2005 American Series Telecaster.

That's for the micro-tilt adjustment. So you don't have to use shims to adjust the neck angle.

That's the "microtilt" hole. It avoids having to shim the neck for half the problems with the neck angle becoming wrong over time. Just twist the screw at the other side of that, and the neck will tilt a bit.

That little adjustment really helped me when trying to get lower action. I wish all my guitars had it.
