If you mean the "real Dan Smith Strat" (with just two knobs), this should be accurate: Guitarelectronics 3SC/1V/1T

The guitar you posted on viewtopic.php?f=6&t=99936&p=1134164#p1134164 would probably go with the American Standard Strat wiring diagrams, except for the capacitor. There's pics on the net showing a big orange cap; it's a "Cornell-Dubilier Z5V .05 M UF/MFD 100V" +80%/-20% Tolerance Ceramic disc capacitor". :wink:

Thanks for the info, I'll rewire it to the Standard Strat wiring diagrams. The current capacitor is also inorrect so I'll try to hunt one down with these specs. When the tone knobs are on full does the capacitor have any effect?
