I believe there out already as I see them on ebay a lot brand new for as low as $2,600 the store price is $3,000. I myself am witing to check one out in person as I love the Wolfgangs.I own 4 Peavey wolfs and they are the only non Fenders I have.I wanted a guitar with humbuckers just for the tone differance as was going to get a Les Paul.I grabbed a wolf on the way in ,at first it seems really small especially after playing strats so long but I assure you it is one kick a$% guitar. The neck is something that has got to be plaued probably the best neck on a guitar, the sound is straight out rock you could get by with blues, but to be honest it is kind of a one trick pony but what a pony. You want to rip it up in a hard rock ,classic rock ,metal way this is the guitar. They weigh about 7 pounds had beutiful birdseye necks and came in like 20 colors. The first year models had gorgeous quilt bodies and go for close to 4 grand on ebay if you can find one.Now we have myFAVORITE GUITAR COMPANY AND ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLAYERS TEAMING UP.I will wait till I check one out myself befoe commenting as the feed back I have heard so far is not that great.Dont hold me to it but I believe I read they are being made in Mexico, you dont make a 3 grand ax outside the U.S.It only comes in 3 colors black, ivory and $300 more if you want tobbaco burst ripoff.the peaveys had some of the greates colors ever put on a guitar with theres and did not charge a dime more. The headstock lookslike a lobster claw. The frets I know are stainless steel and are supposed to be great. The bottom line is I dont know how thay can out do the Peaveys which are a top notch ax and since the word came out of the new model the prices of the peavies went through the roof on ebay. bought a tobbaco burst with a stoptail for $610 MINT 7 years ago saw the same guitar in very good condition go for $1,400 on ebay 2 weeks ago. There all in the mid to high teens now if you keep an eyeout you can score one at the right time for a lil over a grand just dont get the special as thats the one made in Korea they have one knob.no archtop, chrome tuners instead of pearl a pretty maple quilt veneer on the body and sell for around 5 to 8 hundred.I will wait till the price comes down and pick up a Fender one anywayas Fender and Eddie combined had to make a quality guitar but they should of had a lot more to offer from the original which is a bummer /KEEP ON ROCKIN
