I played a Clapton Strat at GC.Really like the height of the frets. The specs say that they are vintage frets. The specs on few other guitars in the classic series too say they are vintage frets. Will they be the same as the Clapton Strat frets?

Not necessarily, and in likelyhood, no. "Vintage" just means anything that isn't a modern jumbo or semi-jumbo sized fret. There's been a multitude of different fret gauges over the decades, with slight variations in height, width and profile.

Here's a page at Stewart MacDonald that gives a bit of an idea. A modern Fender would be something like their medium/medium. Remember, this is only their own dozen or so wires: there's a vast range out there:

PS edited for silly typos. C'mon, Ceri!

Hey, Stoni man, you website is not coming up when I click your www button. I can still get it when I load www.stoni.tajolo.hu/ into a browser - something wrong with the web address on your Fender profile page?

Been listening to you latest CD. Now I want to go immediately and record my own cover of Birdland!
