The DRRI has two "Normal" inputs, right? And these are simply wired in parallel, aren't they?
Plug the guitar cord into the left input, and then run another regular 1/4" cord from the right input of the DRRI to the (whatever) input of the Blues Deville.

Back in the early '70s, it's what we (my circle of acquaintances) called "slaving" the amps. The only issue I can think of is that you might be slightly loading down the guitar's output, but so what? I dunno, what are the input impedances of the amps?

I'm not sure what the input two impedences are on the drri and blues deville (blues deville chassis converted PTP by Tube-Tone).
It would make sense that the guitar's output would be loaded down though. Would'nt hurt to try.

I am currently considering a Boss Tu-3 pedal tuner (instead of the cheapo Snark pedal) and noticed it has (two) outputs. Maybe this would also provide a means of running into these two amps instead of buying an aby pedal.

This must have been a complicated split feed rig, used by John Cipollina of Quicksilver Messenger Service fame.

Cipollina had a unique guitar sound, mixing solid state and valve amplifiers as early as 1965. He is considered one of the fathers of the San Francisco psychedelic rock sound.

"I like the rapid punch of solid-state for the bottom, and the rodent-gnawing distortion of the tubes on top."

To create his distinctive guitar sound, Cipollina developed a one-of-a-kind amplifier stack. His Gibson SG guitars had two pickups, one for bass and one for treble. The bass pickup fed into two Standel bass amps on the bottom of the stack, each equipped with two 15-inch speakers. The treble pickups fed two Fender amps: a Fender Twin Reverb and a Fender Dual Showman that drove six Wurlitzer horns.

Cipollina used a custom foot switch setup to select reverb, tremolo, Maestro Echoplex (the unit mounted on the right of the Twin Reverb), and Standel Modulux (on the left of the twin reverb). 12 volt automotive running lights indicated which effect was being used.

Cipollina also employed a Gibson Maestro Fuzz and Vox wah-wah/volume pedals.

Looks cool, right? There are youtube videos that show him using it.

He must have loved his sound as that rig must have been a PITA to move. The yoof of today don't apreciate how lucky they are with their Mustangs and their Line 6s.
