Do you use the wiggle stick?

I do, but don't overdo it.

Almost never (certainly not on the hardtail  ) but so little as I am pretty much set on blocking the trem on one of my other Strats.

Not much, once in a while I will twist the thing in, and go to town on it, then scratch my head and say, still don't get it, and put it back in the case for another month or 3, I do use the trem with my palm more often than use the stick.
Funny the two reasons I got a Strat was the fact my SG did not have a wiggle stick, and I wanted to have a single coil guitar also

I have a few gits fitted up with bigsby's so I use the strat trems most often like I would use a Bigsby B7.

in other words, I don't go nuts with em,, except on rare occasion when the mood strikes me.

That's the only way I use mine, on the Strats that are floating. The other Strats are decked with the trem claw screws tight, and five springs, for no movement of the bridge. Double-stop bends are not quite right with a floating bridge. If I want some real whammy action, I use a double-locking system, which is designed for heavier whammy use.

I don't use mine much at all. On the Strats and PRSi that have a Trem the bar is usually sitting on the amp or in the case. If I need a little wiggle I use my palm on the back of the bridge.
On the Gretsch's with a Bigsby I just let the bar hang down.

+1

I'm not much of a wanker either. My trem arm usually resides in the case, keeping the ashtray company.

Preferred setup and technique, IMHO, makes all the difference, as does choice of music played.

Having said that, I'm still working on improving all that. As Chet mentioned, the palm is handy too. For me, it's like photography. Once you learn the rules, you become proficient as you learn how to break them with control. Where, when, and how to use the term can add colour to the blandness, but like video editing, too much takes away from the initial effect.

So, yes I use that little bar. 8)

The 2-point is very smooth vs the vintage 6-screw, IMO.

No, my 2005 American Series Strat still has the sticker over the hole. Only my Cyclone and my Bass VI have them installed.

I like using the whammy bar... it's part of the "Strat Experience"... having one (and using it) opens up some interesting territory... you get ideas for things you would never had thought of if you never went there... or be able to actually play if you didn't have the Whammy...

I don't use it on every solo... or every rhythm part... that would be like using your wah wah pedal on everything... becomes "gimmicky"... but, if used at the "right" time... they're friggin great!

A lot of folks go for the upgraded trems (Blade Runners, Wilkinson ect...) but, I use the stock trems with successful results... They respond good... feel nice... work good... My Mexi's stock "Vintage" 6 screw style trem is wonderful... stays in tune nicely... even after beating the living crap out of the whammy bar. The one on my '62RI is great too!
