A few months ago, I purchased a 2015 Deluxe Strat Plus SSS model. It's a pretty cool guitar and I'm really glad that I purchased it. I've been recording with it and the versious tones have come in handy.

This past week, I was able to record three videos to review the guitar. I wish that the sound quality was better, but what are you going to do? Enjoy!

Man that colour Mystic Ice Blue is totally deliciously cool, I want one.
Sounds like a nice strat, you can't top that...umm, oh maybe... a Mystic Ice Blue Porsche 911

Paris and Manny:

Great Deluxe Strat Plus review hitting all the major points including the N3 ins and outs. Also, knowing what a true vintage Strat and modern Strat sound like, I thought your analysis of familiarity and preferences when choosing a Strat were bang on. I personally like both for different reasons, if only to widen my choices. It would seem, as you pointed out the extra sleeves in the card case, Paris, that Fender appears to have more up their sleeve too.

What will be interesting (IMO) is what plug-in PUPs will or will not be available and/or brands, and how they will or will not match up with the cards, or if all will remain proprietary. My guess is that this will be the case, and doing so will be beneficial to Fender, but may have some bearing on the success or failure of this guitar line.

Cheers!

I spoke with Fender a few months ago about this. They tell me that there will be more cards.
