Yes this is a great idea, what I did to one of my strats.
A Rotary switch in place of a Tone, plus I still use the Toggle, but have replaced it with a tighter toggle that doesn't wander so easy when I brush it playing.
It's tight. I got it from Stewmac, a Schaller toggle, I have a few more Schaller toggles from the same order I have to install.

OR try putting two small bolts thru the switch and squeeze the switch mechanism together tighter, I haven't tried it but could work. Wait...chewing gum! :twisted:

But seriously, that idea of a Nashville Tele, but WITH a 2 point whammy installed, and a set of Fender's Twisted Tele PUP's, with a Hot Noiseless mid....freak me, it's one killer mod I want to do!! :shock:
