I just bought a 2013 MIM Strat with two single coils and a humbucker at the bridge. It has a black pickguard which I hate and I want to either go with white or pearloid. The problem is, every pickguard I find has one adjustment on the bass side for the humbucker and mine has two. Does anyone know where I can find one with two adjustment holes?

This is not really a problem. Fender players are not limited with humbucker pickguard choices.
Most Fender humbuckers actually have a centre mounting hole on both sides, under the guard. Suitable for a 2 hole humbucker guard mount.
So you can use your Fender Humbucker with other non-Fender pickguards made for vintage style 2 hole humbucker mounts.

Only the 4 screw Fender Wide Range Humbucker found on the '72 Deluxe Telecaster, and Classic Player Deluxe Tele etc, does not have centre mounting holes and will not fit the 2 hole guard mount. Unless you drill centre holes. Yeah!! Let's do it

Fender Humbuckers that WILL install into a 2 hole humbucker pickguard mount:

1. Atomic Humbucker Bridge & Neck - 3 holes both sides
2. Chris Shiflett CS1 Bridge & Neck - 1 centre hole both sides
3. Diamond Humbucker Bridge & Neck - 3 holes both sides
4. Diamondback Humbucker Bridge & Neck - 3 holes both sides
5. Enforcer Humbucker Bridge & Neck - 3 holes both sides
6. Fat Strat Humbucker Bridge & Neck - 3 holes both sides
7. Hot Rod Humbucker Bridge & Neck - 3 holes both sides
8. Tex Mex Humbucker Bridge & Neck - 3 holes both sides
9. Twin Head Humbucker Bridge & Neck - 3 holes both sides
10. Wide Range Enforcer Humbucker Bridge & Neck - 3 holes both sides

*THUS: If your humbucker uses 3 screws (2 left, 1 right) it has a centre hole in both sides, and will install into a vintage style 2 hole guard mount.
If you're lucky enough to find a pickguard with a moulded humbucker slot, which are specifically designed for a bare humbucker with no cover, as in a Strat, there is no stability tilt problems using 2 screws, as the slot is a neater, closer, tidy fit.

So groovy...that's what I found out. And if any of this info needs correcting, I'm sure someone will be kind enough to advise.

Oh wow, and look what I found...
