Obviously, they will "work", so are you wondering about the sound?

Yes i am wondering about sound because they are made with Alnico 2 ,Alnico 3 and Alnico 5 and i think they are specifically made for righty config and not righty turned lefty ,, i know regular vintage pickups can be used but not sure about these ,, Thank You for the reply

How do you like them so far? I really enjoy mine on my tobacco two tone sunburst Deluxe Strat. I feel Bill Lawrence did a nice job creating these. I find with pedals the S1 switching comes in real handy. One of my favorite settings is middle and bridge with the S1 switch down. They are not Texas Specials but, to myself they are not bad.

The pickups you're talking about are N3s. SCNs employ samarium cobalt magnets and are completely different animals sound-wise.

As Shimmi has stated, yes they will work. All that's left is for you to install them and decide if the tone is to your liking. Let us know how it works out.

Good luck.
