I mainly play Gibsons but you gotta have a Strat. I was constantly hitting the middle pickup and the switch with my pick, so I got rid of the middle pickup and extra tone control. Much more to my liking now.

Blackmore'd, that must be tech slang?

That looks cool. Did you do any wiring options, such as neck and bridge in the middle pup switch position?

Yes, 3-position switch, both pickups engaged in the middle pos. Master vol & tone. The simple life.

@Krlos Alvz
Thanks, the pickguard came from Warmoth. Very reasonably priced.

Ritchie Blackmore Stratocaster
Essentially a Strat configured like a Tele.
Just an empty pickup cover in the middle to cover the hole.
Each pup has its own tone control.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.
