With only one (bad resolution) pic, and almost no additional info, there's no way to be sure.

It looks like a Hot Rod Reissue 60's model 25-1000. For such an animal, the price ain't bad IMHO.

But like I said: more and better pics (every angle; serial#; details; gut shots of the electronics & stamps/markings in the cavities & neck joint; etc...) and maybe a valid story of it's history would be nice.

+1... The only thing I can tell for sure from that one bad pic is that it's shaped like a Strat and it has a Floyd/licensed trem...otherwise it could be anything.

If it really is a '91 MIJ, the price is fair...not great, but not bad. I've seen similar list on Ebay for as much as $500 or more, but they don't often sell at that price. In my area at least (Northeast Ohio), $300 to $350 is pretty much average. The MIJ's are typically very fine instruments but price-wise, they're pretty comparable to MIM Standard. Having a Floyd gives it a little more value (price-wise), but not much.

My advice would be that if you're considering this instrument, DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU BUY. Research these instruments up on the internet so that should you decide to look at it, you'll KNOW exactly what to look for to see if it's legit.
