Just wondering if anyone know where Rob Schwartz is at these days? He worked at Fender some 35+ years and now he seems to have disappeared. Also some to the older guys at Fender's Custom Shop are gone, Mike Eldridge for instance.... If you call and talk with people in PR at Fender they sound like they are 22 years old. Is the corporate mentality driving Fender to remove their employees that are close to retirement, and replacing them with younger people at 1/2 the cost? I hope I am wrong. But so many companies are doing these kind of things.

You already posted this in the "Facebook" section of the forum, it doesn't really belong here either.

You are right. I posted here first, then realized it should have been posted in The Lounge rather than here. Now i do not know how to delete this one....

Once someone responds, you can't delete the post/thread, only edit. Before someone responds to a post, there is an "X" that shows below your text, beside the exclamation point "!", and if you click on the "X" you can delete the post/thread. For future reference anyway.
