I bougth a Fender US Vintage 57 1996 stratocaster it have stamped a code J 19484
What thing is this code?

That image doesn't show, your link code seems wrong.

If that number is the serial number, for a Japanese there should be J+six digits for 1989-1990, according to the general rule.

Number on the body neck pocket , not same as a serial number we talk about .

The numbers you have been looking at are production numbers, not the guitar serial number.
Are there any labels on the body under the pick guard?
Are there any numbers stamped onto the neck plate?
What about on the face and rear of the headstock?

Pictures would help a lot ....

Yep, that's not a serial number so ditch that part in my previous.

The stamps are IMHO typical for AVRIs; a date (or multiple dates) and a bigger number series.
Often there also is an employee name stamp.
But the exact meaning of that larger stamp is not clear - maybe time to ask Rob (Schwartz) to the resque..?
