Some of the American Deluxe models have them.
The Japanese HM Strat also had them.

If you look at the product section you'll see lightly more than half of the current Deluxe lineup have the countour plate.

All US made Deluxes have the contour heel, except the Plus models. Also the Select series - although there's only one (Port Orford Cedar) on the webpages at the moment. See the 'products' pages, this page & up left.
And there's the forum search function: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=53076

My '10 Am Dlx HSS has a contuor heel. If I remember rightly, I think the SSS didn't come with it then. I don't understand why more models don't have it. I don't see any down side to it other than not being vintage correct. The Warmouth version is a little different, but I kind of like it better.

If I'm remembering correctly Fender started using the contoured neck heel on American Deluxe Strats during 2002. It was one of those "specifications subject to change" items - meaning that Fender didn't announce they were making the change; they just did it. So that means the current SSS, HSS, and HSH American Deluxe Strats have the contoured heel. Now on the Tele side they went to the contoured heel with the 2004 revision, but it is just on the ones with the alder body (with top binding). The American Deluxe Ash Teles do not have the contoured neck heel (and they didn't even have the back contour until 2012).

Also the "American Deluxe Strat Plus" models do not have the contoured neck heel - I count them as a different model as they have elements of American Standards and American Deluxes and seem to have been intended to be an "in-between" model (and I've wondered if it was originally intended to be an "American Standard Strat Plus" at some point in its development).

I think the roundup of models with the contoured heel would be:

1. HM Strats (both MIJ and "USA")
2. an oddball HSS contemporary model that had no country of origin but appeared to be MIJ with a figured top and a Kahler Spyder tremolo
3. HRR Strats (MIJ)
4. Richie Sambora Strat (at least the first version)
5. Jeff Beck Strat
6. American Deluxe Strats starting in the middle of 2002

Plus some various Custom Shop models over the years.

I knew there was a Strat I'd seen fairly recently that had that neck plate and couldn't remember which one.
It was one of the 60th Anniversary ones :)

Thanks all for the great replies and info so far, it is very helpful.

I can add one myself. I have a Fender Aerodyne Amber stratocaster that I by accident looked at this morning.
I noticed to my amusement, that it also has a contour heel. I never play that one although it is a really great strat. I just dont Gell with "beautiful figured top" guitars. Somehow it inhibits me.
So, the "Flame Top" Aerodynes are contour heel too. I am not sure if the earlier all-black aerodynes had contour heel. As I can remember - not.

My 2012 Custom Shop Deluxe has the contour heel, I like it. Subtle, but noticeable.

If you mean the angled one then I do too.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

That's the one.
