Not yet. Waited about 6 hours for the temperature acclimation before opening (excruciating wait!), and have only spent about 30 mins with the guitar. The guitar was perfect out of the box from Sweetwater, no surprise there. The amp had to have a tube change, of course, and bias, etc. Will get some pics tomorrow, and maybe a NGD, and/or NAD thread.

I just remembered that Sweetwater took pictures of the Strat for me, so I'll go ahead with a NGD thread (and quit highjacking the OPs thread  ).

You were so close, let me help. Paste your code, like in the code box below.

Code:

Then highlight the code, and click the IMG button, in the row of buttons above your post.

Beautiful Strat! 8)

When you have a pic on PhotoBucket and similar sites, they have the pic code that is already book-ended with the IMG label (you'll see "img" at the beginning of the code, and "/img" at the end), so that code can be directly pasted with no need for further action.

First impressions on this guitar after a day, played a few hours. Sound? Texas special pups are really nice and the bridge pups a tad bright, BUT, the tone control is a master, so this solves that! Really liking the preamp, with 6 options, I like the thickest one, the reason is, when using the s1, you are really kicking in a heavier tone that makes it seem like another guitar completely. Other settings are ok but in a day, the 6th spot is what made me interested in the guitar. Setup was great out of the box, no dead spots, buzzing, nothing! Trem works great. Anyway, Im taking it to my guy here in Vegas to go over it, probably add two more springs, I really think it has spots for 5, so why are there 3? It should tighten up the trem, and thats perfect so its not too sensitive. I use the trem like a bigsby, so the subtle sound it gives is nice. It seems to be a very personal feeling guitar. If anyone is between a us vs mexico made strat, if you can afford, go us, but I have owned a am deluxe and this strat is really not much different at all!
