Congrats mak1965@msn.com!

I'm sure that your excited, it sounds like an awesome Strat, and I've heard lots of good things about the Roadhouse.

Be sure to post some pics when you get the time. I'm sure that you'll want to play it for awhile, give those 9s a chance before changing to 10s.

I just bought the Candy Apple Red Deluxe Roadhouse in December. It's a great guitar. I think you will be very happy with it.

I was so close to getting the red,,, but i have a brown sunburst xtone, a tiger flame green gretsch. The light color almost yellow, with the maplefretboard, oh my. By the way, hows the temolo, i would use it like a bigsby, subtel usage,, also, would it be a major issue going to 10s? Thankd for the help!

I barely touch the trem, but it does stay in tune pretty well when I do mess around with it. When I bought it, I had the store deck the trem to the body. As far as putting 10's on it, I haven't had any problems. I have another guitar that has 10's and I didn't like the feel of the 9's. I did have to tweak the truss rod just a hair, and also slightly adjust the saddle height and intonation. The trem springs also had to be tightened a little to adjust for the increased string tension.

I have been looking at these in the lone star The necks have 22 frets and 70s headstocks pretty cool, who would have thought...

Yeah, what Erik says. Used to use 9's but switched to 10's on all my electrics. Your guitar will need a little tweaking if you change from 9's to 10's but it's not a big deal at all.

i have no idea how to add pics, but its a new vintage white strat. It sat in case about an hour in the house, very surprised on playability out of the box. I will get a demo up on you tube and put it up by the weekend, but it is a very nice guitar, i had an american deluxe back in 04, so I do know the difference BUT not that much behind, well worth the $$, but this is an hour in my hands.
