So, I am actually upgrading my MIM strat, and I want a new neck.

I want a vintage tint on the back.
Rosewood Fretboard
Custom back contour, Thick 'C' shape or 'D' shape.
Tuner Holes predrilled.
Neck plate holes predrilled.

Could anyone give me a Professional estimate on how much this would cost, or at least point me in the right direction?

Have you looked into perhaps buying a John Mayer Signature Series Stratocaster neck? They are on EBAY. They have the vintage tint, thick "C" neck shape, and of course they are pre-drilled for tuners and such.

Warmoth will make you a nice one for under or around 300 bucks, depending on what you want done.

Do a search of ( Installing a Neck ) it was about two weeks ago should help you some.

As previously mentioned, Warmoth (www.warmoth.com) will make you the neck you want to you exact specifications. Or you could find one off-the-shelf pretty close to your requirements at WD Music (www.wdmusic.com), or Allparts (www.allparts.com) or many other places.

BUT: don't ask anyone to predrill the holes for bolting the neck into the pocket on the body, as mentioned in your OP. You make those holes only once the neck is installed to your satisfaction, and held in place with a clamp (carefully padded, so's not to damage the neck or body). That way, you get the holes in precisely the correct place to match the holes on your body, which are likely not exactly the same as on any other. See what I mean?

Cheers
