Another factor (other than hand size) is the conversion from inches to mm, so beware neck heel measurements. Not from Fender so much.

I'm playing my Jimmie Vaughan neck tonight and focusing on the similarities and differences to the Clapton carve.

The JV feels slightly smaller, but it's not, same 1.65" nut.

The back profile carve, on the JV, is supposed to be a soft V but feels harder to me.

There's less graduation of the V on the JV, than my Clapton neck, which gets a flatter (than the JV) back profile carve on the upper frets.

I'd recommend it as a fair-ish substitute for a Clapton neck, for half the price!
