I got new electronics for it and there is no schematic/diagram on how to wire the 'in line' five way switch.

Anyone know where I can find a diagram? The only one I did find leaves me with two positions at 1/2 volume.

I'm an idiot and need an exact diagram showing post 1,2,3,4,5 and where they go to. Not Post 1 to because I can't identify which side is which.

Thanks for the help...

Strange, it's all wiring diagrams today...

Find one that suits your purpose from this page:

http://www.fender.com/support/wiring_di ... _lists.php

You likely won't find your model, but you'll find one just like it under another name.

Cheers

ITS NOT THERE>>>>>>>>>>>no where. Not one in line five way swtich...a double AM DLX one, but not the same....

That's the problem with Fender...Gibson bends over backwords to help you...I have a Joe Pass which isn't listed, but they supply facts, etc..no problem. Not Fender...too big now so the only help is here if it's not listed and I understand, but there are a LOT of MIJ out there and the 62 re issue and Hot Rod Delux Strat MIJ have an in line switch with Alpha pots...nothing like what is shown and collectors don't want any other way. even the neck mounting holes don't quite match up to USA or Mexican necks. Bodies lighter also...62 reissue even has different keys, loaded full size pickups (they are hotttttt) and a plastic plate behind the neck plate...

I just want an IN LINE switch diagram...think I was asking the Vatican for a pass to the secrete library room...

Yeah, the Mexicans can be made Americanized easily. I complained about my tele as the freat work sucked and electronics, but it ended up being a SOLID ASH BODY...and I turned it into a Nashville....sounds exceptional and the sustain is increadable. Its heavy, but I sit and I can't beleive the sound...Nice orginial paint as well. When set up correctly, it was like a $1,000 one...and to be honest, sounds better than most I played with the American componets and Tex Mex middle PU.

Any help on that five way would be nice.....I want to sell all of them and get one good NEW American one if I can.....LOL!
