Anyone ever put one of these on a strat ?
I often wondered if taking the 3 way out of the pickguard and instead of cutting and sinking a jag switch in there, so it is level with the PG as on the jaguar (which I presume would be a pain to do ), just cutting the PG to allow for the actual switches and then setting the switch assembly ON TOP of the pickguard would work OK ( I presume it would as the thickness of the chrome plate is not too bad
This would give 7 switching options and TBH , I'm surprised no one at R+D has brought a new model out with this style of switching (Yes I know the purists would kick up a stink , but the "New" 2 point bridge exists alongside the 6 screw quite happily with some 2 points having bent saddles )

Be careful with wiring , if not = lots of noise, more switch more wires.
