Hello people of the interwebs! :)

Just got my brand spanking new Fender MIM Start equipped with the triple play MIDI pickup yesterday, and boy was I ever excited! From everything I had seen online the Fishman pick up was way better than anything else out there, having played a GK3a + GR55 set up for more hours than any Guitar Center Rep would like me to (he he), I was expecting perfection from this thing, seeing that the Roland set up was nearly perfect already.
Well, you may already know where this is going, got the guitar installed the software, and kudos to Fender for including it on a pen drive, and then, nothing! Doh! Launched the triple play application and I could see the MIDI was being tracked, just no sound out of it, every time I tried to load up a sound I got the ultimate generic error message, it just says "error Konkart" Come to find out that there's a bunch of problems if you already have Komplete installed on your computer...
But nevertheless I pressed on :"I don't need to use their software", I thought, fired up my version of Kontkart, chose the fishman triple play as my MIDI device and..... (drum roll). It has one of the worst tracking I have ever experienced, it's only slightly better than a software solution I was trying a couple of months ago, which is not saying much, but nothing in the realm of even the previous generation of Roland pick ups/synths.
When I say bad, I mean BAD! Even playing very slowly, picking every note perfectly, and I know this because I recorded both the straight guitar sound and the MIDI at the same time, this thing still misses notes, miss-fires, chords missing up to 3 notes, it's a complete nightmare!
One of the reasons I bought a guitar with the thing installed from factory was exactly to eliminate the possibility of me installing the thing incorrectly, and like I said I've played Roland based MIDI set ups from Fender and they were seriously 99.9% accurate.
So now I have myself a MIM Strat that cost me $1100, don't get me wrong it's not a bad guitar but for that kind of money I could've bought an American made Strat. Can't return it because the way Fishman registration works, so I'm stuck with it...

Anybody out there who has one? ANy problems? How did you fix it?

Not that it should matter that much, but my recording rig, which the fishman USB midi key is connected to is a monster of a machine, I7 6 core extreme, 64 gig RAM, 3 SSD drives, runnin Win 8.1 Pro

HELP! :D
