A picture would help, but going by the SN I would say that it's a 1991 American Standard.

Made in USA
2 point bridge, two string trees, fender tuners, locking style strap buttons.
American Standard PUs
TBX Tone pot.
"Bath tub" routing for the pickups.
Alder body.
If it's a sunburst than the top is mostlikely a veneer top. These are great guitars and well made.
