Not sure if this is the correct forum but this build was Strat inspired and uses a strat style neck from my first ever guitar and the body was designed when I was 15, although I reckon you can tell that!

Specs as follows:

Body: Sapele
Finish: Tru Oil (should really have filled the grain as per Tru Oil instructions as
the Birchwood Casey Sealer/Filler didn’t work that well)

Neck: From my first electric Guitar a Strat copy Columbus
Machine Heads: Vanson Chrome locking
Nut: Polished Brass
String Trees: Fender American Standard roller

Bridge: Fender standard American 2 point Trem
Control Knobs: Vintage Amber Top Hat
Pickguard: Cinnamon Pearloid white/black/white

Wiring: HSH with 7 sound mod with mini toggle switch
Vol Pot: CTS 250k audio with Treble bleed mod
Tone Pots: CTS 500k audio with Greasebucket circuit (Bridge no tone)
Switch: Fender 5 way
Neck Pup: Vanson ’59 Alnico V PAF Style humbucker (neck)
Middle Pup: Vanson Classic Pro Alnico V pro (bridge) single coil Strat
Bridge: Vanson High output Hex-pole

Strap buttons: Chrome Dunlop Strap Lock with Fender black felt washers

Looks like a radical departure from Fender's traditional designs with more superstrat-like features such as the humbucker/single coil/humbucker layout and the extremely sleek pointed horns. Beautiful guitar, mate! :P

Does the toggle switch taps/splits the bridge humbucker only or both?

Cheers,

The 5 way switch automatically splits the humbuckers in positions 2 and 4 and combines them with the middle pup as per normal Strat wiring for that classic strat cluck/quack

The mini toggle switch allows Neck and Bridge to be in parallel (when in the Neck position on the 5 way switch) and allows all three pickups to be on when in the neck and middle position on the 5 way switch although that's with the neck in split mode

that's pretty cool. I think it should be flat black though. Maybe with some red striping highlites somewhere. that would look pure evil.

That's a beautiful build! :D

I really like the earth tones throughout the body/neck/knobs and the cooler-than-expected Cinnamon Pearl Pick Guard.

Hope it sounds as good as it looks. 8)

The knobs give this guitar a hint of Gibson flavors.

In your place I would improve the build: a compound abalone-inlaid 22-fret Warmoth neck with an LSR nut, a beveled neck plate with a deep chamfering of the cutaways for better access to the higher registers and an HHH configuration with switchable Elite electronics (master volume w/ push-pull active-passive switch, TBX, 25dB MDX mid boost).

Since this guitar is more superstrat-like I think she deserves a Floyd Rose bridge.
